Description

The Leadership and Golf Collegiate Championship is a collegiate men's golf tournament typically held at the Bayonet Golf Course in Seaside, California. The event is played over three rounds (54 holes) with 18 holes scheduled each day. It usually features approximately 14 to 15 teams, primarily NCAA Division I programs, competing in a stroke play format where teams field five players and count the best four scores each round toward the team total. The tournament is co-hosted by Saint Mary's College and Seattle University and serves as a key fall-season competition for participating teams. Invitations are extended based on team performance, rankings, and conference affiliations. An individual champion is also crowned annually. Tee times usually start early in the morning, taking advantage of the scenic and challenging Bayonet Golf Course.
