The NCAA Columbus Regional is one of six regional qualifying tournaments leading to the NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championship. The 2025 Columbus Regional was hosted by Ohio State University at the OSU Scarlet Course in Columbus, Ohio, from May 5-7. The event features 12 teams and 6 individual competitors not on those teams, totaling 78 players competing over 54 holes of stroke play. The format is stroke play only, played over three days with 18 holes each day. The top five teams and the low individual not on an advancing team from this regional advance to the NCAA Championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Teams qualify for the regional through national rankings and season performance. Typical participants include strong programs such as Kansas, Arkansas, LSU, Ohio State, UNLV, and others.
