UC San Diego Invitational

The UC San Diego Invitational is a collegiate men’s golf tournament hosted by UC San Diego at the South Course of Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, California. The format features three rounds (54 holes) of team stroke play across three days, with 18 holes played each day and shotgun starts for each round. The field consists of about 20 NCAA Division I and invited NCAA Division II programs, with each team fielding five players and the four lowest scores per round counted toward the team total. Entry is by invitation, with teams selected based on regional and national standing. The South Course is a par 72, stretching up to 7,802 yards and has hosted the U.S. Open.
