Description

The Preserve Golf Club Collegiate is a collegiate men's golf tournament held annually at The Preserve Golf Club in Carmel Valley, California. The 2025 event took place October 27-28 and was hosted by Cal Poly. The tournament featured 11 competitive NCAA Division I teams, including BYU (ranked #25), Long Beach State (#32), California (#48), San Diego (#56), Colorado State, Grand Canyon, Kent State, Oregon, Saint Mary's, Santa Clara, and others. The course is a par-72 layout measuring 7,041 yards, located within The Santa Lucia Preserve, ranked 15th among California courses by Golf Digest. BYU won the team title with a 29-under-par total, while Oregon's Sebastian Desoisa took individual honors at 17-under-par. The Preserve Golf Club Collegiate is an important early fall event for West Coast collegiate golf programs.
