Amateur Golf Info
Terms & Conditions
Effective: June 15, 2026
Welcome to Amateur Golf Info. Please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) that govern your use of Amateur Golf Info (the “Site”), including its rankings, events, leaderboards, and related content and services, owned and operated by Amateur Golf Info, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using Amateur Golf Info, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.
1. Subscriptions and Billing
Amateur Golf Info offers both free and paid features. Certain content and functionality are available at no cost, while other features require an active paid subscription. The following terms govern free trials, paid subscriptions, billing, and cancellation.
Free Trials. Free trials, where offered, are available to first-time users only and are limited to one trial per user, household, or payment method. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for any free trial in our sole discretion and to revoke, modify, or deny a trial at any time. Creating multiple accounts, or using different email addresses or payment methods, to obtain additional trials is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access and the immediate charge of applicable subscription fees. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable fee.
Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal. Users who select a monthly or annual subscription plan during signup agree to a recurring charge on their authorized payment method. Users acknowledge and agree that the subscription fee will be automatically charged on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle until the subscription is canceled. By providing payment information, users warrant that they are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge that method for all fees incurred.
Failed Payments. If a charge to your payment method is declined or otherwise fails, we may suspend or restrict your access to paid features and may continue to attempt to collect the outstanding amount through subsequent retries to your payment method. You remain responsible for any amounts owed for the current billing cycle, and a failed payment does not relieve you of that obligation. We may update payment method information when made available by your card issuer or payment processor in order to continue collecting amounts due. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of access to paid features.
Cancellation. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features through the end of that cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or proration for the remainder of the cycle. Importantly, canceling a subscription does not waive or discharge any amounts already due. If your payment has failed and you subsequently cancel, the cancellation will still be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, but you remain responsible for the outstanding balance and we may continue to attempt to collect that payment.
Fees, Changes, and Refunds. We reserve the right to change subscription fees, and to modify the features included in our free and paid tiers, at any time upon notice to users. Any fee change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice. Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Amateur Golf Info in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Access to the Site is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless approved by us in writing. Subscriptions and accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
