The NCAA Division I Las Vegas Regional for women's golf is one of six regional tournaments that serve as a qualifying stage for the NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championship. The 2025 Las Vegas Regional was held May 5-7 at the Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas, Nevada, hosted by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The competition features 12 teams with 6 individual golfers not on those teams, totaling 78 players competing in a 54-hole stroke play format over three days. The top five teams and the lowest scoring individual not on an advancing team qualify for the national championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Teams qualify for this regional based on national rankings and seasonal performance, with strong programs from the region and beyond participating.
