The 2025 NCAA Auburn Regional was held May 12-14, 2025, at Auburn University Club in Auburn, Alabama, replacing Karsten Creek as a last-minute host. This par-72 course measures about 7,326 yards and features Bermuda grass fairways and TifEagle greens, with a traditional design including dense trees, wetlands, and strategic bunkers. The tournament involved 13 teams and 10 individual qualifiers competing in 54 holes of stroke play over three days. The top five teams and the lowest individual not on advancing teams qualified for the NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Defending national champion Auburn won the regional tournament with a team total of 880 (+16), 15 shots ahead of second place. Other teams advancing included Texas A&M, Purdue, Georgia Tech, and UCLA. Weather included some delays, and rounds were played on a challenging course demanding consistency and mental toughness.
