I played college golf at the ripe old age of 34, after only playing golf for 4 years. I learned to play golf in Belgium, where I moved to in 1997, due to a transfer my husband's company sent him on. We lived there for 4 years. My husband suggested I find a hobby other than eating since I had gained 30 pounds in the first 3 months in Belgium. Due to tragic circumstances, I am raising my 14 year old grandson (since he was 22 months old). He started playing golf 2 years ago and he's now a single digit handicap. We play a lot of golf together, although at this point, he still hasn't beat Grandma!! It won't be long though!
