Portuguese Internacional Ladies Amateur Championship

Portuguese International Ladies Amateur Championship is organized by the Portuguese Golf Federation and held annually at top Portuguese courses (recent venue: Penina Golf Resort, Algarve). The format is 72-hole stroke play (four rounds), with a cut after 54 holes (top 40 and ties) who play the final round. Up to 90 competitors are admitted by international and national ranking, handicap index (≤16.0), and national federation nomination; timely registration is required. There is a concurrent Nations Cup team competition (first three rounds, best two scores daily). The event is a “A” rated WAGR tournament and a European team qualifying event.
