Description

The Florida Women's Mid-Amateur Championship is organized by the Florida State Golf Association (FSGA). The event is played as 36 holes of individual stroke play with a maximum field size of 84 players divided into three divisions: Championship, Middle, and Forward. The overall champion is the individual from the Championship Division with the lowest 36-hole total score. Eligible participants are female amateur golfers at least 22 years old as of the first day of the championship, holding a Florida GHIN Handicap Index not exceeding 34.0 at the time of entry. The tournament typically attracts highly skilled mid-amateur women golfers from across Florida.
