Description
The Western India Amateur Championship is organized by the Indian Golf Union (IGU) and is one of the premier amateur golf tournaments in India. The event is played over multiple rounds, typically four days of stroke play, and attracts top amateur competitors from across the western region of India. The championship usually features around 80 to 100 players who qualify based on their amateur rankings or through regional qualifiers.
