The format is 72-hole stroke play (four rounds), with two scores per day from each nation’s three-player team (boys/girls) counting toward the team total. Teams qualify through continental events and national federations, with over 70 countries contesting for 21 final spots (12 boys’ teams, 9 girls’ teams). Players must be 18 or younger and not attending college/university. Entry is via national team nomination and qualification, with all participants holding federation membership.
