Description
Peter McEvoy Trophy is organized by Copt Heath Golf Club in the UK and played annually in April. The event is a prestigious 72-hole scratch stroke play championship over two consecutive days, open to boys and girls under 18 (on January 1 of the championship year). Up to 84 competitors are selected by application and national junior rankings; all players compete in the first 36 holes on Day 1, with the top 40 and ties playing the final 36 holes on Day 2. Entry is completed online before the published deadline. The trophy is a highlight of the British junior calendar, with the winner decided by total score or sudden death playoff in the event of a tie
