The NCAA Division II South-Southeast Regional is a three-day stroke play golf tournament held May 8-10, 2025, at Mission Resort + Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. The event features approximately 20 teams and individual qualifiers from the South and Southeast regions, totaling around 100-110 competitors. Each team fields five players, with the top four scores counted each round. The format is 54 holes of stroke play over three days. The top five teams and the top two individuals not on advancing teams qualify for the NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship held later in May. The tournament is hosted by Rollins College and the Greater Orlando Sports Commission and includes schools from conferences such as the Peach Belt Conference, Sunshine State Conference, Gulf South Conference, and South Atlantic Conference.
