The Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Women's Golf Championship is an annual collegiate tournament organized by the Missouri Valley Conference. The 2025 championship was held from April 13 to April 15 at Annbriar Golf Course in Waterloo, Illinois. The event is a stroke play format conducted over three rounds (54 holes), with teams and individual players competing over 18 holes each day. The 12 MVC member institutions participate, typically fielding teams of five players each. Qualification is through conference membership, and all MVC schools compete in the championship annually. Illinois State University won the 2025 team title with a conference-record score of 874, their second consecutive MVC championship and 16th overall. The individual medalist was Jillian Cosler from Bradley University, who finished with a three-round total of 215. Top players are recognized with awards such as Golfer of the Year, Newcomer of the Year, and Coach of the Year based on performance during the championship and season
