Mississippi Mid Amateur

The Mississippi Mid Amateur is organized by the Mississippi Golf Association (MGA) and is played over three rounds (54 holes) of stroke play. The championship usually draws a field of about 80–120 amateur golfers who have reached their 25th birthday prior to the first round. Competitors must be bona fide residents of Mississippi for at least 60 days before the tournament and hold an active GHIN Handicap through a USGA Licensed Mississippi Member Club. Registration is open online; no advance qualifying is required, but participants must meet residency, age, and handicap requirements.
