The English Men's Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship, known as the Brabazon Trophy, is a prestigious annual amateur golf tournament organized by England Golf. The 79th edition is scheduled to be played from May 22 to May 25, 2025, at Hankley Common Golf Club in Surrey, England. The championship features 72 holes of stroke play over four days, with an initial field of 144 competitors composed of exempt players and qualifiers. After 36 holes, the leading 60 players and ties progress to play the final two rounds. The maximum handicap for entry is 2.0. The event has a long history and is one of the premier amateur stroke play competitions in England.
