Carlton Woods Senior Invitational

The Carlton Woods Invitational is an invitation-only amateur golf championship held at The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, Texas. The event features two divisions—a Mid-Amateur for players aged 25-54, and a Senior division for players aged 55 and above. The format is 54 holes of stroke play (three rounds) with no cut, contested over the signature Nicklaus golf course design. Field size is capped at 90 players (combined across both divisions), and entry is by invitation only; criteria include past champions, state amateur champions or runners-up, USGA Mid-Am/Senior Amateur qualifiers, and other accomplished amateurs (Handicap Index ≤ 1.0) as determined by the tournament committee.
