Description

The Espirito Santo Trophy is the women’s division of the World Amateur Team Championship, organized biennially by the International Golf Federation (IGF). In 2025, it was held from October 1–4 at Tanah Merah Country Club, Singapore. Thirty-six national teams, each composed of two or three of their top-ranked amateur players based on WAGR®, compete across four rounds of stroke play (72 holes). Each day, the team’s two lowest scores count to the overall team total. Entry is secured via IGF’s qualification process relying on world rankings and federation endorsement. The event awards the Espirito Santo Trophy to the winning nation for two years, with all teams recognized for global amateur rankings.
