The tournament features a field of 132 of the best female golfers worldwide competing over four rounds (72 holes) of stroke play, with a cut after the second round for the top 65 players and ties. It offers a substantial purse of $8 million, with $1.2 million awarded to the winner. This championship is unique as the only major held in continental Europe and draws a globally elite field that competes on a scenic and challenging course known as The Champions Course at the resort.
