Selectivo Copa Los Andes

Selectivo Copa Los Andes is a national qualifier tournament held to select teams for the prestigious Copa Los Andes, South America’s top amateur team golf championship. Each country, such as Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina, organizes a “selectivo” where leading amateurs compete for spots on their national men’s and women’s teams. The format and structure vary but typically feature multiple rounds of stroke play (often 54 or 72 holes) or match play, designed to identify the best players eligible to represent their country. Selection may include automatic qualifiers from national rankings and captain’s picks.
