The 2025 PGA WORKS Women's Individual Championship was held May 5-7 at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin. It was a 54-hole stroke play event featuring women golfers from historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-serving institutions (HSIs), and other minority-serving institutions, along with eligible players from NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA levels. University of Delaware freshman Hyunji Kim won the individual title after a dramatic playoff, marking the first women's victory for Delaware at the event. The tournament is known for showcasing elite minority collegiate golfers and providing opportunities for career advancement in the golf industry
