Description

The PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship Women's Individual Division is a 54-hole stroke play tournament held at notable courses such as Whistling Straits. The event features approximately 45 individual competitors from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-serving institutions, and other Minority-serving institutions. The competition is part of a larger collegiate championship that includes team divisions as well. Players compete over three rounds, with the best four of five scores counting for team divisions. The women's individual division recognizes the lowest scoring individual across all rounds. The championship grants exemptions for the top finishers into Epson Tour events. The event receives live broadcast coverage on Golf Channel, and players are expected to manage their own scoring via PGA handheld scoring devices.
