Description

The Nico Open is a prestigious AJGA-sanctioned international junior golf tournament hosted by PGA Tour professional Nicolás Echavarría and his brother Andrés. The 2025 edition will be held September 18–20 at Club Campestre Llanogrande, Medellín, Colombia. The tournament welcomes top boys and girls aged 12–19 (who have not started university studies), featuring 54 holes of stroke play. In 2024, the event hosted 130 players from 19 countries. The Nico Open is a key part of the AJGA International Pathway Series and provides a platform for young golfers to earn Performance Based Entry status for AJGA events in North America.
