Description

The Neighbors Trophy Team Championship is a multi-nation amateur golf event organized jointly by the national golf associations of Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. The championship brings together national teams from these countries for a team-based competition typically held over three days at rotating host venues in Japan, Korea, or Taiwan. The format is stroke play, with teams competing over 54 holes. Each country fields both men’s and women’s teams, generally with 4-6 players per team, and scores are aggregated to determine the winners in each division. Eligibility is determined by selection to the national amateur squads, based on performance and ranking within each association. The event is well established, with the 2025 edition hosted at Daisen Golf Club in Japan from May 28–30, featuring intense competition and international camaraderie
