The 2025 NCAA Lexington Regional for women's golf was held May 5-7 at Keane Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Florida State University, the No. 1 seeded team, won the team title with a total score of 849, finishing 15 under par and the only team to play under par in all three rounds. Florida State defeated Georgia Southern and Kansas State by five strokes each to secure their third regional championship in program history. Both Florida State's Lottie Woad and Mirabel Ting tied for second in the individual standings with 10-under-par totals of 210. The individual regional championship was won by Carla Bernat of Kansas State with a 12-under-par score of 204. Joining Florida State at the NCAA Finals were Georgia Southern, Kansas State, Southern California, and Vanderbilt as the top five finishing teams from the Lexington Regional.
