Description
The Maverick Classic is a collegiate women's golf tournament hosted by the University of Texas at Arlington, held at Tierra Verde Golf Club in Arlington, Texas. The event is played over two days and features 36 holes of stroke play. The field usually consists of about 8 to 13 NCAA Division I teams, including regional conference competitors and nationally ranked programs. Teams qualify primarily through invitations based on conference memberships and team rankings.
