Jackson T. Stephens Cup

The Jackson T. Stephens Cup is a premier collegiate golf tournament held annually since 2021, named in honor of the late Jackson T. Stephens, former Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club. The 2025 event is scheduled for September 15-17 at Shoreacres in Lake Bluff, Illinois, a prestigious Seth Raynor-designed course. The tournament features twelve elite NCAA Division I men’s and women’s teams along with individual players from U.S. Military Service Academies and Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs). The competition format includes 54 holes of stroke play over the first two days, followed by 18 holes of team match play for the top four seeded teams on the final day. The event is recognized for hosting some of the strongest collegiate fields nationally, headlined in 2025 by Stanford University's women’s team and University of Texas men’s team, both highly ranked nationally. The tournament is televised live on the Golf Channel, providing significant exposure to the participants and sponsors.
