Description

The GolfBC Group BC Women's Open is a professional women's golf championship organized by GolfBC Group and part of Golf Canada's She Plays Golf Championship Series. The 2025 event will be held June 5 to 7 at Nicklaus North Golf Course, Whistler, British Columbia, a renowned Jack Nicklaus-designed course. The tournament is played over 54 holes of stroke play with a field of about 60 professional and elite amateur female golfers. Players qualify by meeting age and handicap requirements (minimum age 13 and handicap 4.0 or less) and through performance on the regional circuit. The top finisher will earn a qualifying spot for the CPKC Women’s Open on the LPGA Tour. The event also includes a 36-hole flighted and senior championship for women aged 13+ with handicaps between 4.1 to 26.0, catering to around 40 players.
