The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Women's Golf Championship is an annual collegiate golf tournament organized by the MEAC. The championship is typically held over 54 holes of stroke play, played across three rounds over multiple days. The field usually consists of around 10 to 12 member teams, each fielding five players with the best four scores counting toward the team total each round.
