The Valentine Invitational is a historic Virginia Mid-Amateur and Senior golf tournament held annually at Hermitage Country Club in Goochland County, Virginia. The 83rd edition took place August 22-24, 2025. The tournament is a 54-hole medal play event with no cut, featuring both Mid-Amateur and Senior divisions. Hermitage Country Club is renowned for its challenging courses, including the Manakin and Sabot nines designed by architects like A.W. Tillinghast, Ed Ault, and Arthur Hills. The Valentine Invitational is a premier invitational event on the Virginia State Golf Association (VSGA) calendar and awards significant player ranking points. The 2025 champions were John Hunter in the Mid-Amateur division and Brian Quackenbush in the Senior division.
