Description
The Uruguayan National Stroke Play Championship is organized by the Uruguay Golf Association and is held annually as one of the country's premier amateur golf events. The tournament format is stroke play over 54 or 72 holes with a strong field of amateur golfers from Uruguay and neighboring countries. The event usually takes place in September and serves as an important qualifier for international amateur competitions.
