The Glencoe Invitational

The Glencoe Invitational is organized by The Glencoe Golf & Country Club and was established in 1992 to provide competitive tournament golf opportunities for players from the western provinces of Canada. Since 2021, it includes both male and female divisions, featuring amateur and professional players. The event typically hosts around 100 competitors and is played over 36 holes with a cut to the low players after two rounds. The format is stroke play. The tournament is focused on developing Canadian golfers by giving them high-level competition experience. To qualify for the event, players are selected based on elite performance levels, with a structured field that includes both amateurs and professionals, aiming to inspire the next generation of Canadian PGA and LPGA Tour stars.
