The Donna Andrews Invitational

The Donna Andrews Invitational is a premier women's amateur golf tournament held annually at Boonsboro Country Club in Lynchburg, Virginia. The 2025 event is scheduled for June 19-21 and features 54 holes of stroke play with open and senior divisions. The championship attracts a competitive field of junior, collegiate, mid-amateur, and senior women golfers from across the region and country. Entry is open to female players with a handicap index of 9.4 or less (5.4 or less for the Open Division), with a limited field of 96 competitors. Donna Andrews, the tournament’s namesake, is a celebrated former professional golfer and Virginia native with multiple amateur and professional titles including one major. The event fosters a community atmosphere of sportsmanship, mentoring, and elite competition. The tournament is a recognized WAGR, VSGA, and PKBT player ranking event.
