In 2023, it was promoted to the Asian Tour schedule, making it a premier event on the regional circuit with a larger prize purse and higher world ranking points. The tournament is played over four rounds (72 holes) of stroke play, with a cut after 36 holes. The field typically includes Asian Tour regulars and other top regional professionals. The 2025 edition featured a $400,000 prize purse, with the winner taking home $72,000. The event is also co-sanctioned with the Taiwan PGA, highlighting its importance in Taiwanese professional golf.
