Description
The Sun Conference Championship is the annual men's and women's golf tournament organized by The Sun Conference and held at Jekyll Island Golf Club – Pine Lakes Course in Jekyll Island, Georgia. The championship event consists of 54 holes (three rounds) of stroke play over three days, with teams of five players and the four lowest scores each round counting toward the team total. Approximately 10–12 NAIA-member university teams compete after qualifying during the regular conference season based on conference win-loss records and national rankings. The tournament determines conference team and individual champions and awards berths to NAIA postseason play.
