Shark Invitational (Nova Southeastern University)

The Shark Invitational at Grande Oaks Golf Club is a men’s collegiate tournament hosted by Nova Southeastern University in Davie/Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The event runs over two days and is played as a 54-hole stroke play tournament, with 36 holes on the first day followed by 18 holes on the second day. The field is typically composed of NCAA Division II men’s programs from across the Southeast and South regions, often featuring around a dozen or more teams with strong regional and national contenders. Qualification is by invitation from the host school’s men’s golf program, with participating programs entering full teams that compete for both team and individual titles in a traditional collegiate stroke play format, where players’ scores count toward their school’s team total and an individual champion is also recognized.
