The SERI PAK Desert Junior is a 54-hole stroke play AJGA tournament held at Mission Hills Country Club - Pete Dye Challenge Course in Rancho Mirage, California. The 2025 event is scheduled for June 10-13 with a field size of 72 boys and girls ages 12 to 19. The course plays to a par 72, with a slope rating of 142 and course rating of 73.8 for boys, and a slope of 138 and rating of 75.2 for girls. Boys play approximately 6,958 yards, and girls about 6,043 yards. Entry requirements for boys include a minimum of 26 AJGA Performance Stars for initial tournament field status; girls require at least 36 stars. The tournament has a 36-hole cut. The event has a 44-year history, attracting top junior talent including past AJGA champions and future college players. The 2024 champions were Carter Gaede (boys) and Hae-In Sung (girls).
