The Plenus Ladies Cup is a women's professional golf tournament on the Japan LPGA Step Up Tour held annually in early June. The 2025 edition will be played from June 5 to June 7 at Genkai Golf Club in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. The event is a 54-hole stroke play competition featuring emerging female professionals and top amateurs aspiring to advance to the main JLPGA Tour.
