Omega European Masters
About
The Omega European Masters is organized by the DP World Tour and held annually at Golf-Club Crans-sur-Sierre in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. It is a 72-hole stroke play event played over four days, with a field of 156 competitors. After the first two rounds, there is a cut to the leading 65 professionals and ties; if more than 78 players qualify, an additional cut to the leading 72 may be made after the third round. The tournament includes a Pro-Am event and offers an exclusive VIP experience. Qualification generally requires professional status, exemption through rankings such as the DP World Tour Global Swing Rankings, or being within the top 70 of the FedExCup standings, with amateurs needing a scratch handicap or better. In the event of a tie for first place, a hole-by-hole playoff determines the winner.
