The tournament is played over three days with a 54-hole stroke play format. Around 10 to 12 teams typically compete, with five players per team and the best four scores each day counting toward the team total. Teams qualify by participating in the conference regular season. The championship also serves as a qualifier for NCAA Division III regional championships. The 2025 tournament was held April 28-30 at Forest Oaks Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina.
