Northern California Junior Championship

The Northern California Junior Championship is organized by the Junior Tour of Northern California (JTNC), a joint effort between the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA) and the Northern California PGA. This event is a qualifier for the PGA Junior Championship, played over 36 holes of stroke play, typically split as 18 holes each day. The tournament takes place at multiple courses and features separate flights for boys and girls at different skill levels. The field size typically ranges from 70 to 100 juniors, ages 9 to 18, who meet the NCGA membership, handicap, and age eligibility requirements. Ties for first place are decided by playoff, while ties for other places are broken by matching cards.
