North & South Junior Amateur

The North & South Junior Amateur Championship is an annual junior golf tournament held at Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The 2025 event is scheduled for June 29 to July 2. It features separate boys' and girls' divisions, each open to male and female golfers aged 18 and under (as of June 30, 2025), who have not started college. The format is 54 holes of stroke play, with boys playing two rounds on Pinehurst No. 8 and one round on No. 2, while girls play two rounds on No. 6 and one round on No. 2. The full field typically includes 90 boys and 90 girls. The tournament includes a practice round on June 29, with registration required the same day. Entry is competitive, with exempt and non-exempt players, and a qualifier round is available for boys not initially selected. Players and families make their own accommodations, with special rates available at Pinehurst Resort.
