NextGen Prairie Championship
About
The 2025 NextGen Prairie Championship is organized by Golf Canada and will be hosted at The Legends Golf Club in Warman, Saskatchewan. The tournament is played over 54 holes of stroke play and features approximately 120 junior competitors, including 90 boys and 30 girls. After 36 holes, the field is cut to about the top 52 boys and top 17 girls, who compete in the final round. The event serves as a qualifier for exemptions into the Canadian Junior Boys and Girls Championships and the Canadian U15 Championship. It also acts as a qualifier for Team Saskatchewan for the Canadian Summer Games. The Legends Golf Club is noted for its links-style course, offering a challenging layout with bunkers and water hazards on many holes.
