NextGen Atlantic Championship
About
The NextGen Atlantic Championship is a premier junior golf tournament held annually in Canada and organized by Golf Canada. The event is contested over three rounds (54 holes) using a stroke play format, traditionally at Oakfield Golf and Country Club in Enfield, Nova Scotia. The championship typically welcomes a field of 90 to 100 junior boys and girls ages 12–18, divided into respective divisions. Qualification is determined through online registration and meeting Golf Canada’s eligibility and handicap requirements. Top finishers earn exemptions to the Canadian Junior Boys and Junior Girls Championships, making this event an important regional qualifier in Golf Canada’s youth development pathway.
