Description

The Nebraska Women's Amateur Championship is organized by the Nebraska Golf Association (NebGolf) and is one of the state's premier women's amateur golf events. The championship typically consists of three rounds of stroke play over 54 holes. It features a competitive field of top female amateur golfers who are residents of Nebraska and hold an up-to-date Handicap Index® from a member club of NebGolf. Qualification requires meeting residency and handicap criteria, along with abiding by the USGA Rules of Amateur Status. The event offers entry through an application with an entry fee and includes practice rounds and player amenities. The champion receives a full exemption into the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship, making this event a significant qualifier on the amateur circuit.
