NCGA Senior Championship

he NCGA Senior Championship is organized by the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA) and is one of the region’s major senior amateur events. The competition is played over three rounds (54 holes) of stroke play. Entry is open to all NCGA members aged 55 and older, with a handicap index requirement (typically 7.4 or lower). Non-exempt players must qualify via an 18-hole stroke play round, while certain high-performing or past champion seniors gain exemption into the championship field. As with other NCGA events, a cut is often made after 36 holes for the final round.
