The 2025 NCAA West Lafayette Regional is one of six regional tournaments serving as qualifiers for the NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship. The event took place May 12-14, 2025, hosted at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex, specifically the Kampen-Cosler Course in West Lafayette, Indiana. The tournament features 14 collegiate teams along with individual competitors whose teams did not qualify. The format is 54 holes of stroke play over three days. The top five teams and the lowest individual not on those teams advance to the national championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Teams qualify for the regional through automatic conference championship bids and at-large selections by the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Committee. The Kampen-Cosler Course is a challenging par-71 venue that plays approximately 7,500 yards. Purdue University serves as the host institution for this regional.
