The NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championship Auburn Regional is one of the six regional tournaments held in 2025 as part of the qualification process for the national championship. The Auburn Regional took place May 5-7 at the Gold Canyon Golf Club in Gold Canyon, Arizona, hosted by Arizona State University. The format consists of 54 holes of stroke play with 12 teams and 6 individual competitors not on those teams participating, totaling 78 players. Teams play five-player squads, with the best four scores each round counting toward the team's total. The top five teams and the top individual not on an advancing team qualify for the national championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Participating teams in the Auburn Regional included Oregon, Arizona State, Auburn, Mississippi State, Oklahoma State, and others.
