The 2025 NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championship was held at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa's North Course in Carlsbad, California. This championship is organized by the NCAA and features 30 teams along with 6 individual competitors who are not on advancing teams, with roughly 150 total players. The format includes stroke play for the first 54 holes, after which the top 15 teams and top 6 individuals advance to two additional stroke play rounds. The top 8 teams proceed to match play to decide the team national champion. Northwestern University claimed their first-ever national title by defeating Stanford 3-2 in the final match. Individually, Maria Jose Marin of Arkansas won the national title with a 72-hole total of 12-under-par 276.
